Work Centered Around Compliance
EnviroManager's Compliance Portal serves as
a central dashboard
to manage your organization's compliance requirements. The
task management features of the Compliance Portal reduces noncompliance
risk by automating the management and verification of compliance.
If assigned tasks are not completed, they are flagged for for investigation
or other oversight action.
The software also generates automated
reminder notifications through E-mail before task completion times
are due.
The central dashboard is augmented by
the various compliance-focused modules such as Hazardous Materials
Management or Compliance Audit Management.
Facilitated Environmental Reporting
Tier I and II Module
EnviroManager's HazMat Module automates
and streamlines the generation of EPCRA (Emergency Planning and
Community Right-to-Know Act) Tier I and II reports required by
SARA Title III Sections 311 and 312.
EnviroManager's Compliance Assurance module cross-references SARA
302 and other hazardous substance lists to determine if thresholds
have been exceeded.
Form R Module
The Form R Module collects and analyzes
all chemical-related information required for final reporting
including: exemptions, usage, chemical category and PBT. The Module:
- Identifies SARA 313 Toxics products
- Identifies products that may contain
reportable chemical categories
- Supplies summary or detailed transaction
histories for each usage
- Converts measurement units to
pounds
EnviroManager's compliance reporting
capabilities can be customized to meet many state and local requirements
such as:
- California Proposition 65 Chemicals
- Department of Homeland Security
Hazardous Substances List
- Wisconsin Hazardous Air Pollutants

Rapid Software Deployment and Low Training Costs saves on Overall
Implementation Costs
EnviroManager Software can be deployed in less than
a day which limits implementation costs. There is no lengthy software
procurement process.
From a software user perspective,
unlike traditional enterprise software, when implementing any of the
EnviroManager modules, there is no software or hardware to install.
All the user needs to use the software is an Internet connection and
a browser to start using EnviroManager.
The software has been designed
to be easy to use so user training can also be completed within 1
- 2 days, which also limits implementation costs.
Affordable, with Exceptional value (no per-seat-licensing)
EnviroManager's annual 'pay-as-you-go' pricing means
that you do not have to worry about an expensive startup investment.
With EnviroManager, there are no long-term contracts. Instead, you
pay a low annual fee which you can cancel at any time.
The software's competitive pricing
model is also not expensive or restrictive. Unlike other web-based
software applications, a single license price, provides for unlimited
per-person use of the software. There are no seat license costs. So
whether a dozen users or a thousand users use the software, the software
is easily scalable without increasing your software costs.
Security
The software comes
with five levels of security (Public User, General Organization User,
Environmental Operations User, Environmental Manager and Software
Administrator). The different security level access
restricts what users can see and do in the software. An Environmental
Operations User, for example, can have
unlimited data entry access to add compliance inspection
findings into EnviroManager, but a shop-floor employee may
have read-only access to
view Work Instructions or SOPs.
Saves time by Minimizing
Duplication,
which improves work productivity and enhances data integrity
Organizations will save considerable
data-entry time by having the ability to add data
or documents only once. Documents can be centrally stored in one area
and accessed through simple links or through the embedded search engine.
Secure Software Hosting
With your EnviroManager, your
application will be hosted by Tetra Tech at a secure data center.
As a result, when procuring this web-based solution, your organization's
internal hardware and software expenditures and internal IT support,
are kept to a minimum.
Easy-to-Use and cuts out paper
– The EnviroManager Software Group has been committed to providing
simple, intuitive applications for managing environmental compliance.
We have designed a software application that makes it easy to create,
store, track and manage the key environmental information and manage
your important compliance requirements.
The 100% web-based
solution minimizes the need to use paper, which indirectly contributes
to a smaller environmental impact. All features of the software
are accessible from a common web browser.
Strong Document Management
Because
EnviroManager software is web-based, you can securely access your
compliance data and documents anytime, anywhere.
A web-based application
also means that you have the latest version of the software always.
You don't have to worry about downloading or installing software updates.
Data or documentation entered once at one part of the organization
can also be accessed for review from another part of the organization.
Links to key regulatory resources can also be maintained and easily
managed.
The software gives
the EMS manager three options to add electronic documents to the system.
Documents can be written into EnviroManager using the included web-based
authoring editor. Documents residing on external web servers can be
linked to externally or linked to locations on local network drives.
Finally, documents can be uploaded electronically in their native
file formats (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, scanned documents, etc.)
Think about all the savings from hard copy
printing, paper distribution and paper storage costs!
Helps to Better Manage Change or Turnover
Important day to day task responsibilities
for employees can be listed in the Annual Requirements Planner section
of the Compliance Portal. If the person responsible for these tasks
leaves, the software preserves the status of all tasks past, present
and future.
Scalable software architecture
EnviroManager offers simple scalability,
so that organizations with multiple sites and locations can cost-effectively
grow their use of the software and benefit from managing the software
centrally in a coordinated way.
Regularly updated software
Major EnviroManager software enhancements
and new features are added on a schedule quarterly with minor or critical
updates added during weekends or other down times on an as-needed/priority
basis. We strongly believe in the 'Continual Improvement Process'
and so we are always in the process of evaluating improvements to
the software with a good portion of suggested improvements coming
from our customers.
