EnviroManager Software
modules are divided into three groups: Portal Modules, Management Modules
and Inventory Modules. Note that although organizations can pick individual
modules they are configured to work together if selected as a group.

EnviroManager
Software includes a powerful compliance requirements and tasks manager
to set dates and deadlines for regulatory reporting, permit event tracking,
sampling events, emergency drills, maintenance activities, equipment
calibration, compliance inspections, regulatory audits and much more.
The software comes with automated email-notifications that can be set
to work with your organization's regular e-mail system.
 The
Compliance Portal includes a register to list all the compliance requirements
that an organization needs to abide by. Permit information
managed by the Compliance Portal includes permit type, issuing agency,
fees, issue dates, expiration dates, renewal dates, permit conditions,
permit restrictions, required tests and responsible permit manager.
EnviroManager
includes a robust task management dashboard to track the complete management
of major compliance requirements. The software minimizes the risk of
noncompliance by assuring that compliance-related tasks are completed
on time or that any delays are managed promptly.
The Compliance Portal also attaches related compliance
documentation that is generated in response to day-to-day compliance
support activities. Standard Operating Procedures and Turnover Folders
can be stored within the software and made available to users when needed.

calculations.

Hazardous Waste
Management
The Waste
Disposal Management module provides a tracking capability used to help
organizations manage hazardous waste, storage and disposal.
Within the software, waste
manifests can be created, along with information about the process used
to generate the waste, so that costs can be allocated by the process
that generated the waste. Waste information can also be recorded at
the container level.
The software also records
the cost for transporting and disposing the waste.
The information tracked
by this module can be used to help organizations to create Federal Annual

Compliance Audit Management
EnviroManager software supports
compliance audits, ensuring that your organization is staying on top
of its important regulatory compliance requirements and following up
with any required corrective actions.
 EnviroManager
software includes a register to list, schedule, record and document
all inspection activities. The register records inspection results
and findings and makes sure that inspections are carried out and completed
in a timely fashion. Photographs taken
during compliance audits can also be uploaded into the software when
attached to findings.
The software also includes
a knowledge base of "Common Findings", so that organization
personnel can be made aware of common problems that need to be managed
and/or corrected on an ongoing basis.

Inventory

Greenhouse Gases Emissions Inventory
This
module is used to inventory the following Greenhouse-producing gases:
Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide, Hydrofluorocarbons, Perflourocarbons
and Sulfur Hexaflouride.
Understanding your
greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory is essential to emission reductions and
energy efficiency. Knowing what GHGs your organization generates is
also important to meeting new compliance requirements.
The EnviroManager
Green House Gas Emissions Module provides you with a comprehensive inventory
to fully capture your GHG footprint. A comprehensive footprint assessment
takes into account key inputs, including energy usage, travel, materials,
parts, water and waste management.

Tank Inventory
This
module is designed to help an organization manage its inventory of above
and underground storage tanks that are used to store oil or other hazardous
chemical materials.

captured by this module includes historical information about each tank,
material stored in each tank, tank characteristics, tank conditions,
tank protection features, test results, tank age, tank status, closure

Asbestos Inventory
 The
Asbestos Inventory and Management module is used for storing and presenting
the results of an organization-wide inspection of asbestos-containing
materials.
The
software can then can then be used in association with a written Asbestos
Management Plan to inform employees, contractors, and other individuals
about the locations of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs). Having
this type of an inventory system in place reduces the likelihood of
unintentional exposure to hazardous asbestos materials.
Custom
Module Development
The
EnviroManager Software Group can develop custom software modules for
you that are compatible with the suite of modules listed above or create
modules that can function independently as stand-alone applications.
PCB and Transformer Inventory
The Transformer and PCB Equipment Inventory
Module is used to create a complete inventory of PCB-containing equipment
such as transformers and capacitors.
For each piece of equipment, a history
of inspection results, compliance issues with corrective actions and
other information can be stored in the software. Reports can also be
generated to support annual TSCA inventory compliance reporting requirements.
Cultural Resources Inventory
EnviroManager Software can be used to store
information about the Cultural Resource assets that are within the boundaries
of your organization.
