My Compliance Requirements Dashboard
EnviroManager users log into their individual dashboards which contain a listing of important compliance requirements they are responsible for.

The dashboard also provides quick links to various parts of the software that the user commonly accesses. A user managing Hazardous Materials can add a custom link to his/her Dashboard to quickly navigate to this area.

From a compliance perspective, an active journal within the software automatically tracks all compliance task changes, ensuring that compliance tasks are addressed when they need to be and improving overall compliance oversight.  

Automated Email Notification
EnviroManager software automatically notifies users by email when their compliance items become due. 

Robust Document Management
EnviroManager software gives users access to all compliance documents (policies, procedures, work instructions, standard operating procedures, management plans, process flow diagrams, checklists, and much more).

Software managers can control specific compliance documents and decide who can make changes, edits, approvals, routing, posting, archival and disposition of controlled documents.

EnviroManager software can store documents of all kinds (scanned documents, CAD files, Acrobat PDF files, web pages, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint documents, Lotus spreadsheets, Outlook e-mail, etc.).

Extensive Security Features
EnviroManager software contains multi-level security user roles and access rights.
